Suebi !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

After some weeks of silence -was lange wärt wird endlich gut- my DBA Suebians are finished. I hope I'm able to play with them against one of the others soon...

Normannic WIP II

The Dragon arrived

Normannic WIP

Hey there! I needet some change in painting miniatures, so I decidet to paint some Normannic guys which were already lying arround a here some time. Cause I hadn't had much time, this is yout a WIP picture. To my mind, a Normannic army is living from the shield dessings, and so I spend most of my time on thinking about which dessings to choose. I think my desicion was quiete all right, and in my opinion they are looking quite good for 15mm Miniatures. Would be nice if you leave some feedback ;)

Quick update

Now one road for 15mm minis.

The Assault Group - Digital Camo

without words...

Made my own DBA Table

Yesterday I made my first DBA table: The premissions was to make a simple, open for all terrain, and fine looking as well as handy one. Firstly I cut my plywood in the mid in two halfes each 60*60 cm or 24*24 inches. Next I cutted my grasmat to 63*63 and put the wood in the middle. Then I stapled the mat on the back and clued the edges so the edges can not shear. I'm happy with it and only have to build some hills and woods.

workbench update

I have not post much this month but I'm going to, because I painted up some stuff up. And my next DBA Army will be ready end of the week: Teutonic Knights. Here is a update photo about this stuff:

DBA Army is slowly growing

After long waiting time, cause I painted hardly the last weeks, I was able to finish 2 more DBA bases. Unfortunately I was too addle to style the last base. I hope you'll like these Babarians, and mainly the fat general: me ! ;)

The Assault Group - American Digital Camo WIP

Hey there! Yesterday I started to build an american team for FoA from my SWAT soldiers, cause they're looking little bit like americans... So I was thinking about what camo I should give them, and I decidet for the grey Digital camo.

DBA British II

Hey there! My British DBA army is slowly growing! The next base is finished for battle, and I hope you like them! Unhappily the base is not finished yet. It would be nice if you could give me some feedback.

Building a new wargames table II

And here it is: the next step of my wargames table for DBA! I started brushing some green and brown arround the grass spots, to include them into the table. Hope you'll like it !

FoA is going on

There was a small stop in the development in FoA last year but it must go one. I already made a scrawling for a new Russian list. So I posted above a pic of my Russians.

Psiloi update

I can't get enough of can you get enough of.... psiloi I had some test painted celts hanging around here so I did a aditionally DBA Psiloi base with casualities. I don't need it, but I want it !! Like at my last base the ground is swamp. Additionaly I did a generic dark age shield design to be able to use the element in all forthcoming Dark age armies. In my Roman army its named: ,,Numerus Nemetum''.

Building a new wargames table

Yesterday I startet building a wargaming table for DBA. I already started glueing some static grass, how you can see. Hope you'll like it.

Numerus Taunensium

A other Ps element, recruited from the civitas Taunensium:

Balearic slingers

Watchout for your heads because here is the: ,,Numerus funditori Balearici''  The miniatures are Corvus Belli Balearic slingers.     More at: dertaunussteiner.blogspot.com
